  • Hi. I have only had this phone for about 2 months now and it's really slow and the screen is starting to have things burnt into it like backgrounds, pictures, icons and there are lines fading the colour coming down from the top of the screen. Apps keep malfunctioning and errors keeps coming up. The only reason I got this phone is for the reversible 13mp camera. If I'd known it was going to be this much trouble I wouldn't have bought it. I'm really unimpressed with this product.

  • Hello, I ordered a iNew V8 in December and had no issues with it up to now. Today, I dropped it, about 1 ft off the ground, with the case that it came with on and my screen cracked. The screen no longer works whatsoever. I was wondering if it would be covered under the 1 year warranty, or if you could repair it. Otherwise, I think a coupon to purchase a new one would only be fair. If not, I will be taking my business elsewhere. Thank you.
